The Philips Dynalite DDFCUC is a dedicated fan coil unit controller designed for direct control of air conditioning systems. It connects seamlessly to common HVAC components, providing precise management of heating, cooling, and airflow.
The DDFCUC features 0–10V and TRIAC outputs for hot and cold water valve control, 0–10V fan speed control for quiet and accurate performance, as well as 1–3 speed switched fan outputs (LOW/MED/HIGH). A General Purpose Relay (GPR) supports electrical heaters or power outlet switching via an external contactor.
With configurable inputs for devices such as smoke detectors, motion sensors, window contacts, airflow detectors, drip tray overflow, dirty filter monitoring, and more, the unit supports 0–10V, dry contact, and 20 kΩ NTC sources. It can operate using a local resistive temperature sensor or a networked sensor, and integrates easily with other Dynalite equipment via the onboard RS-485 DyNet port delivering a flexible, fully networkable HVAC control solution.
