Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch products within any estimated timeframe provided, however delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, suppliers, customs processes, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to goods passes once full payment has been received.
7. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Change of Mind Returns
Where we accept a change of mind return, it is subject to our Refund Policy, including:
- return request within 14 days of delivery
- product being unused and in resalable condition
- a 20% restocking fee
- customer payment of return shipping costs
9. Services
We may offer support, installation, commissioning, consulting or related services.
Any specific scope, exclusions, assumptions, timing and fees for services may be set out on our website, in a quote, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or other written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- the customer must provide safe and reasonable site access
- the customer must ensure the installation environment is suitable
- we are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, missing information, unavailable site access, site conditions, or other trades
- additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges

You are responsible for ensuring that:
- products selected are suitable for your intended purpose
- any technical information, plans or requirements you provide are accurate
- installation is carried out correctly where not performed by us
- products are used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable standards
11. Warranties
Some products may be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. These warranties are separate from, and in addition to, your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any non-excludable guarantees or warranties that apply by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied terms except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where a guarantee, condition or warranty is implied by law and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, downtime, business interruption, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

We may supply products manufactured by third parties or work alongside third-party contractors, suppliers or service providers.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or independent warranties of third parties, except to the extent required by law.
